1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Bullio app or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Bullio.

2. The service

Bullio is a personal portfolio tracking tool for physical precious metals, available on iOS and Android. It is not a financial service, investment platform, brokerage, or regulated financial product. Bullio does not execute trades, hold assets, or provide financial advice.

Spot prices displayed in the app are sourced from Metals.Dev and are delayed or near-real-time market data. They are provided for informational and portfolio-tracking purposes only and may not reflect the price at which you can buy or sell metal at any given moment.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing in the Bullio app, on this website, in the changelog, or in any communications from Bullio constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or a recommendation of any kind. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Do not make investment decisions based solely on portfolio values or price data shown in Bullio. Consult a licensed financial adviser.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Free tier

The free tier of Bullio requires no payment and has no expiry. Core features including unlimited holdings, lot tracking, realised P&L, and CSV export are free forever.

Premium subscription

Premium is billed monthly or annually through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription management (including cancellation) is handled through your App Store or Google Play account. Bullio does not process payments directly.

Founders' Lifetime

The Founders' Lifetime tier is a one-time purchase available to the first 250 purchasers only. It grants permanent access to all Premium features, including features added in future versions. Once 250 purchases have been made, this tier closes permanently and will not reopen.

Pricing and tax

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Applicable taxes (including GST for Australian customers) may be added by Apple or Google at checkout depending on your location.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by Apple App Store and Google Play refund policies. Bullio cannot process refunds directly. To request a refund, contact Apple or Google through your account.

5. Premium downgrade

If your Premium subscription lapses or is cancelled, Premium features will become inaccessible. Your portfolio data — all holdings, transactions, and history — will be fully preserved. You will not lose any data on downgrade.

6. Your data

You own your data. Bullio claims no rights over your portfolio data. Your data is stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use Bullio to:

• Track assets you do not legally own
• Circumvent any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or gain unauthorised access to the app or backend
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Bullio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that spot prices will be accurate to any particular moment. We do not warrant that the app will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bullio and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Bullio shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will be updated with each revision. Continued use of Bullio after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
